1. I have four kids- three boys and one girl
2. Three of my kids are triplets that were born in 2005. My oldest was born in 1999. I was born the same year Richard Nixon resigned his presidency.
3. When people find out they are triplets, they say, “Did you….” which means “I know I just met you but may I ask, how did you conceive your triplets?” They were conceived without medical intervention and there are no multiples in either one of our families. Ta Daa!
4. I am married to Mike. He likes us, video games, and parrots.
5. I am the oldest of four kids
6. I have lived in the same state my whole life and mostly in the same county
7. I have been to 36 of the 50 states
8. I have a B.A. in English
9. Whenever I happen to use poor grammar, someone points out I was an English Major
10. I don’t like black licorice or anything that has its flavor (Jägermeister, Black Jelly Beans, Uzo, Satan’s Sweat)
11. I don’t wear gold colored jewelry
12. My favorite beers are Blue Moon, Guinness and Sierra Nevada Pale Ale
13. I have bad feet
14. I love animals and wish I had a cat but can’t have one at the present time
15. My triplet kids were born 3 months early. They weighed 1 lb 6 ozs, 1 lb, 10 ozs and 1 lb 10.5 ozs at birth. They were in the NICU for a long time.
16. My daughter has a trach and a feeding tube becuase of issues related to being extremely premature. No, I don’t know when she’ll get it removed.
17. We think the baby boys are identical twins but aren’t sure
18. I’m a Harry Potter fan
19. I don’t drink white milk because I hate it
20. I like Thai, Vietnamese and Indian food very much
21. I have attended many concerts
22. When I was a child, I had a fever. My hands swelled just like two balloons. (Just wanted to see if you were paying attention) ((You know that’s a Pink Floyd lyric, yes?))
23. I went to Catholic school for 12 years
24. I do not like the majority of country music
25. My favorite movies when I was younger were Lost Boys, The Goonies, Heathers and Pump Up the Volume
26. I would like to live by the ocean for a while
27. I have a mischievous side
28. I’m sort of obsessed with photography and would love to get paid for it some day
